The iPhone-first motorsports platform

TRACK. Prepare. Perform. Improve. Connect.

Lap timing that works offline, video synchronized to telemetry, coaching that cites its evidence, and a second screen that’s a real HUD — built for track days, time attack and club racing.

01TRACK Drive

Mount it. Drive. Every lap, timed.

Your iPhone becomes the lap timer, data logger and onboard camera. Scroll to drive a real lap from our simulator. The timing engine is the same one that runs in the app.

    Mount & calibrate

Stick the phone to the windshield. TRACK solves its orientation from motion, so calibration finishes while you roll out of the pits.

02Synchronized video + telemetry

Broadcast-grade onboards. From your phone.

The forward camera and every sensor share one clock, so the overlay is cut to your footage, not dragged into place afterwards. And it only shows what was measured.

Brake: no source

Adds RPM and the ECU’s throttle-plate reading at a few Hz. Gear is INFERRED from RPM and speed. Brake pressure is not on OBD-II, so it stays NO SOURCE.

Simulated onboard. No footage. Speed & delta from the fixture lap; RPM and throttle from a labelled demo model.

One clock.
±8 ms.

Every sample is stamped on the iPhone’s host clock at the moment it arrives. Camera frames already carry that clock, so video and telemetry line up to about half a frame at 60 fps. External GNSS is aligned to the same clock, and the app reports how uncertain that alignment is.

03TRACK Engineer · AI coaching

Coaching that shows its working.

Every number the Engineer says points to a measured fact. If it can’t cite it, it doesn’t say it.

  1. 01

    Measure

Deterministic code turns the session into laps, sectors, corner speeds and braking estimates, each with its uncertainty. No AI involved yet.

  2. 02

    State the facts

Every measurement becomes a numbered fact with its provenance: observed, inferred or simulated. Braking without a brake sensor is always marked inferred.

  3. 03

    Coach with evidence

Coaching is written from those facts only. A grounding check rejects any number that doesn’t appear in a cited fact.

Ask the Engineer

Ask in plain language. Answers quote the session’s facts, and the Engineer works offline in the pits. It also says no: it won’t invent data, and it never touches your ECU.

04TRACK Dash · second screen

A second iPhone becomes your HUD.

Not screen mirroring. Your spare iPhone or iPad runs its own dashboard, in its own layout and units, from an encrypted link to the phone that’s recording. It works without internet.

Numeric comparison

A 6-digit code on both screens, confirmed on the recording phone. Nobody nearby can slip in.

Encrypted end to end

X25519 key agreement, ChaCha20-Poly1305 frames, counter nonces and replay rejection.

Resumes on its own

If the link drops, it reconnects without re-pairing. Stale data is flagged, never frozen silently.

No internet needed

Local Wi-Fi or peer-to-peer, so it works in a paddock with no signal.

OBD-II reports RPM, speed and temperatures at a few Hz per value. Its “throttle position” is the ECU’s throttle-plate reading, not your pedal, and TRACK labels it that way. Product names describe compatibility only and imply no partnership or endorsement.

25 Hz ≠ accurate.

Sample rate is how often you get a position. Accuracy is how close each one is. A fast receiver with poor accuracy is still off, just more often. TRACK reports both, and every lap carries its own timing uncertainty.

07Privacy & safety

Fast. Not reckless.

  • Private by default

Sessions, video and locations stay yours. Nothing is shared, published or broadcast unless you choose to share it.

  • Consent you can revoke

Every share and every broadcast is an explicit grant with a history. Revoke it and it’s enforced on the server too.

  • Offline timing

Timing, recording and the Engineer’s offline answers need no signal. Recordings survive crashes and dead batteries.

  • No ECU writes. Ever.

TRACK only reads data. It never changes engine, ECU or vehicle settings, and the Engineer won’t suggest tuning.

  • HPDE-friendly

No rewards for aggressive driving. Track days rank fastest laps, never race positions. Comparisons are fair: same layout, similar conditions.

  • Track use only

Minimal interaction while moving, alerts that are calm by design, and nothing that replaces marshals or race control.
